Q: When renting the venue does it include the entire property?

Yes, it includes the outside pavillion, pond area, and the venue.

Q: What is the rental time for the day of the event/wedding?

Once you rent the venue for your wedding or event day, you will have the venue from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight).

Q: Is alcohol allowed on the premises?

Yes, you can provide your own alcohol or liquor, but you will be required to hire a licensed bar tender and provide proof of general liability/alcohol insurance. Kegs must be placed in a leak proof container. There will be an additional alcohol fee of $125.00.
