What is the rental time for the day of the event/wedding?

  • Once you rent the venue for your wedding or event day, you will have the venue from 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight).

When renting the venue does it include the entire property?

  • Yes, it includes the outside pavilion, pond area, and the venue.

Can we bring outside tables and chair rentals?

  • Yes, you can rent tables and chairs from whomever you choose, although there are tables and chairs that come with the venue.

What is the parking situation?

  • There is ample parking space available.

How do I secure a date for my event?

  • There will be a $1000.00 deposit due at the time of booking, and the remainder will be due 30 days prior to the event. If the event is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable. You can change the date as long as it’s available, and your deposit will apply.

Can I rent the venue the day before my wedding to decorate?

  • If you have purchased day of only, then setting up the day before is not included in that package. Arrival time 8am-midnight.

What is the capacity?

  • The venue will accompany approximately 250 guests.

What kind of rooms does the venue have?

  • The venue has a full working kitchen with three ovens, a cook stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washer, large commercial cooler, commercial food warmer, commercial 500 lb. ice machine, the bar area has a commercial coffee maker, ice machine, and sink, full women’s and men’s restrooms, the upstairs has two bridal suites with make-up areas and a full restroom with a walk-in shower.

What are the requirements for decorations?

  • There are to be NO tacks, screws, tape, glitter, sparklers, or confetti used inside the venue. If confetti or sparklers are used outside, you are to pick up your trash.

What do I need to book a date?

  • Contact me by phone at (580) 236-1810 or email us, and I will schedule a time that’s convenient for us to meet at the venue for a viewing.

Is alcohol allowed on the premises?

  • Yes, you can provide your own alcohol or liquor, but you will be required to hire a licensed bartender that is certified through the State of Oklahoma, and provide proof of general liability/alcohol insurance. Kegs must be placed in a leak-proof container. There will be an additional alcohol fee of $350.00.

Is security required?

  • Yes, when alcohol is served, security is required at the renter’s expense.

Can we have pets at the venue?

  • No, we only allow certified service animals inside the venue. Certification must be provided.

Does the venue provide linens?

  • No.

Can we smoke on premises?

  • No smoking is allowed on the premises.

Do you require wedding day insurance?

  • Yes, Special Event Insurance can be purchased online with WedSafe and WedSure. You can also get insurance through your own insurance company.

Do you have a damage deposit?

  • Yes, our damage deposit is $500 that’s not included in your venue rental fee, the damage deposit will be refunded after a walk through of the venue and all is good. You will receive the deposit within 5 to 7 days.
